Designing

Before casting, all of our products are designed with Computer Aided Design software and analysed using Finite Element Methods (FEM) to ensure safe production and quick response for new design requests that all access covers and frames are manufactured from spheroidal graphite cast iron, are in according with ISO 1083 (Grade 500-7) and EN 1563.

Dimensions/Units

Dimensions and details given in the tables are taken from existing patterns. Dimensions may vary slightly according to the specific pattern or tool in use at the time of manufacture.

Surface Finish

All solid top cast iron covers are manufactured with a non-slip raised surface to provide adequate grip, the design of which may vary according to pattern in use.
