This Privacy Policy is subject to the Laws of Cyprus including the Law for the Processing of Personal Data (Personal Protection) Law of 2001 as amended (the “Law”),

1. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This acceptable use policy sets out the terms between you and us under which you may access our website www.veralco.eu and/or our mobile applications (any of these and/or all will be referred to throughout this document as “our site”). This acceptable use policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, our site.

Your use of our site means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this acceptable use policy, which supplement our terms of website use.

Our site is operated by Veralco ( Cyprus ) Limited.  We are registered in Cyprus under company number HE 208569 and we have our registered office at 118 Anexertisias Street, Limassol, CY-3040, Cyprus.

You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:

  • In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
  • In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

4. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of our site without notice. Upon such termination or suspension you will be denied access to any information or files you have stored on our site.

Veralco.eu may collect information about your computer, including, where available, your IP address, operating system browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.  This information is used by veralco.eu for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the site veralco.eu.
